As evidence based practitioners, is manual therapy for the Cervical spine evidence based? Should we just be using exercise, or is manual therapy appropriate for the C/sp?
A Cochrane review in 2015 by Anita Gross and colleagues found "No high-quality evidence was found, so uncertainty about the effectiveness of mobilisation or manipulation for neck pain remains." So where does that leave us? With no evidence for mobilisation or other manual therapy?
